THE LOCATION
Sitting in the village of Moorwood Moor, in the middle of stunning Derbyshire countryside, the White Hart Inn is a classic English Inn given a swirl of modernity.
The redevelopment of the public house took David Ashley Developments Limited eight months to complete to the trademark high standard.
The combination of new high quality materials and the re-use of original materials has resulted in this being perhaps the most charismatic development to date in our portfolio.
THE BUILD
The oak framed building was specially designed by Oakwrights Ltd. With 4 bedrooms, 2 en suites and family bathroom, an open plan living room/kitchen/dining room, a home cinema, home gym and wine cellar, Ashfield House really was an exciting project to be diving into.
This project also consisted of building a great outside area too, such as a large terraced area to the rear of the house and a car park basement which can hold unto 10 cars.
