We recently acquired the land which used to be The Anchor Inn, Chesterfield Road, Oakerthorpe. The land, in the sought after derbyshire village, came with outline planning permission for 14 dwellings and with a few changes and working closely with Justin Smith Architects we have recently been granted full planning permission for 14 dwellings all 4/5 bed, they will be beautifully built using Worcestershire Red Multi bricks and Birchover stone, and will come with an extremely high specification.
