The Hollies was the pre existing property on site at the Laurel Gardens development. This was a very exciting property to work on and David Ashley Developments Ltd. undertook the work with a view to capturing the period charm of the property, by unearthing the original features as part of an extensive renovation programme and rejuvenating the property with modern touches along with a two storey extension to the rear.
